Born in Cali, Colombia, I grew up steeped in the vibrant and colorful culture of my native country.
However, a large part of my life has been spent in Switzerland, where I've been lucky enough to discover a completely different side of the world.

Ayahuasca
Exploring the Sacred: details on Plants & Rituals
Ayahuasca is a traditional Amazonian drink with psychoactive properties, prepared from two plants: the Banisteriopsis caapi vine and the leaves of the Psychotria viridis plant.
This unique combination produces powerful effects on consciousness, opening the way to profound spiritual and introspective experiences.
From a scientific point of view, ayahuasca contains substances such as N,N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), which modify perception, emotions and cognition.

Kambo
Kambo is a traditional shamanic practice of the Amazonian peoples, using the secretions of a rainforest frog. This natural medicine is recognized for its many benefits to physical, mental and spiritual health.
From a scientific point of view, Kambo venom contains a multitude of bioactive peptides with therapeutic properties. When applied to the skin according to ancestral ritual, it provokes a strong purifying reaction in the body.

San Pedro
San Pedro, also known as Huachuma, is a sacred cactus native to the Peruvian and Ecuadorian Andes.
Although it contains mescaline, its concentration is much lower than that of peyote. It's a more subtle, ancestral medicine that connects us more closely to the heart, to love and to nature.
During the ceremony, San Pedro doesn't really expand consciousness in a powerful way, but rather sensations.
Sights, colors and flavors are amplified, as if in “high definition”.
This allows us to reconnect with our inner child, living in the present, free of dogma and eager to laugh, have fun and be in communion with the Pachamama (Mother Earth).
Scientifically speaking, San Pedro contains mescaline, a natural hallucinogen. When consumed ritually, it induces more subtle states of consciousness, promoting the release of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline.
On a spiritual level, San Pedro is considered a “gateway to the divine” in Andean shamanic traditions.

Flower Bath
Body baths are administered by Doña Lucy, a medicine woman renowned throughout the region for her healing gifts and deep connection with the sacred plants of the Amazon jungle.
At the heart of her property, she has developed a magnificent botanical garden housing a multitude of medicinal and floral species. It is in this haven of peace, lulled by the song of birds and the murmur of the river, that Lucy welcomes Ambiwaska travelers for powerful shamanic energy baths.
During these ceremonies, she personally prepares ancestral decoctions made from flowers, herbs, and barks carefully selected for their purifying and energizing properties. Participants are seated in a circle, in Doña Lucy's benevolent presence.
With her expert hands, she delicately applies these herbal baths to each person's body, performing a delicious and relaxing massage.

In the heart of the Ambiwaska jungle, the Medicine Woman invites you to experience purification and rebirth through the ancestral ritual of temazcal.
Under her benevolent guidance, you'll enter this heated stone hut, uterine symbol of Mother Earth.
Seated in a circle, you'll be enveloped by the intense heat and fragrant steam of medicinal plants.
To the rhythm of traditional chants and drumbeats, the Medicine Woman gently pours water over the glowing stones, creating a purifying vapour.
Her ancestral words, imbued with shamanic wisdom, will guide you on this initiatory journey.

At Ambiwaska, the Traditional Amazonian Physician, recognized by the Colombian authorities for his healing gifts, accompanies you on a journey of energetic purification and reconnection to your essence.

During this sacred ceremony, the Traditional Healer begins by creating a sacred space, invoking the spirits of nature, and purifying the environment with the smoke of medicinal plants.
This step helps to anchor a high vibration and prepare the ground for the upcoming energy work.
Seated in a circle, you will then be invited to open yourself and be guided by the energy of the Traditional Healer. With his expert hands, he will perform a meticulous energetic scan of your body, detecting negative, heavy, and dense energies, whether they come from external sources or your own thoughts.
Using his traditional tools—the waira, harmonica, and maraca—the Traditional Healer will then undertake a cleansing and release of these unwanted energies.

Sound Therapy Session
At Ambiwaska, you can enjoy a sound bath experience with Tibetan bowls and quartz crystal bowls.
You will be welcomed into a soothing space, where the practitioner will resonate the vibrations of these sacred instruments. The subtle frequencies of the bowls will gradually immerse you in an enveloping sound universe.
The waves emitted by the quartz crystals will penetrate deeply, promoting relaxation, meditation, and letting go. This expanded state of consciousness will open the way for deep insights and realizations about yourself, allowing you to access a more intimate understanding of your being.

Does not include transportation and return flights from your home to the final destination (Villagarzón).
CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS:
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a maximum of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, via payment of the reservation agreed between the customer and Ambiwaska. Please note that this right does not apply to trips booked less than 7 days before the start of the experience.
2. CANCELLATION BY AMBIWASKA
If an event is canceled for reasons attributable to the company, the total amount paid will be refunded 100%.
3. CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
If the participant cancels their reservation, the deposit paid will not be refunded. However, 50% of the total amount paid may be used for a new booking, subject to availability, provided that the cancellation is made at least one month before the start of the retreat.
4. EXCHANGE VOUCHER
Ambiwaska may issue an exchange voucher allowing the reservation to be postponed or used for another trip without losing the deposit. This voucher will be valid for nine (9) months from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided in the case of a difference in the value of the services
5. LIABILITY
Ambiwaska cannot be held responsible for external or natural causes, delays, missed flights, illnesses, or any other situation that may prevent you from arriving at the agreed meeting point on time and on the scheduled date
6. TRIP RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule your reservation only if you do so at least thirty (30) days before the start date of your trip.
